Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, all unfulfilled appointments will be postponed:
- From 8th Fabruary 2023 to 22nd Fabruary 2023
- From 9th Fabruary 2023 to 23rd Fabruary 2023
The hours of the appointments remain the same and will be operated in accordance with those previously arranged.

Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, we would like to inform you about possible limits and restrictions in the direct customer service on 9th February 2023.
Until the failure of the internet service is removed, the Department for Foreigners in Poznań will not be able to carry out registered appointments that require access to IT systems.
Restrictions may apply in particular to providing fingerprints, verifying documents, issuing letters or access data to track the status of the case, stamps in the passport confirming the submission of the application.

Fill out online application forms at MOS
(temporary and permanent residence permit)
MOS (Case handling Module) in 5 steps:
- Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
- Read the information and the list of the most common mistakes
- Fill in the electronic application form
- Print it out and sign
- Send the application form together with other required documents by traditional post or present them in person during a scheduled appointment
If you have a UKR PESEL number, from 1st April 2023 send the application only by post!
