Data: 09.01.2023Water supply system failure in our building located on pl. Wolności in Poznań 09/01/2023 - postponed visits
Due to the water supply system failure incident in the Department for Foreigners' location at Pl. Wolności in Poznan, all visits scheduled online for 09/01/2023 are postponed to 23/01/2023. Moreover, all appointments arranged by phone for fingerprinting on January 9, 2023 will be postponed to January 30, 2023.
Visiting hours remain the same.

Fill out online application forms at MOS
(temporary and permanent residence permit)
MOS (Case handling Module) in 5 steps:
- Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
- Read the information and the list of the most common mistakes
- Fill in the electronic application form
- Print it out and sign
- Send the application form together with other required documents by traditional post or present them in person during a scheduled appointment
If you have a UKR PESEL number, from 1st April 2023 send the application only by post!
