Informujemy, że w portalu praca.gov.pl dostępna jest już funkcjonalność do przesyłania kopii umowy z cudzoziemcem w języku polskim, przed powierzeniem pracy cudzoziemcowi.
Przypominamy, że obowiązek podmiotu powierzającego pracę cudzoziemcowi w zakresie przesyłania kopii umowy z cudzoziemcem wynika z art. 17 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 20 marca 2025 r. o warunkach dopuszczalności powierzania pracy cudzoziemcom na terytorium RP (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 621).

We've recently seen new cases of individuals pretending to be employees of the Department for Foreigners at the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office in Poznań. They're sending fake emails claiming there are issues with residence applications or offering refunds — all in an attempt to steal personal information, financial details, or money.
These messages often come from unofficial email addresses and look like they're from our office or the Voivode of Wielkopolska.
