Data: 28.10.2024 European EES System to Strengthen Security at Poland’s Borders
On Friday, October 18 of this year, our parliament passed a law on Poland's participation in the Entry/Exit System (EES). The primary aim of the EES is to enhance the security of European Union citizens, automate border checks, increase their efficiency, and improve the management of external borders.
Government work on the project concluded on October 8 of this year, with the Council of Ministers approving the project and forwarding it for parliamentary review. The Parliament unanimously adopted the proposed solutions.

Starting next Tuesday, October 1st, there will be adjustments in the Service Rooms operation rules.
In Room A, stations 1-11 will handle appointments for personal appearances and fingerprint submissions.
In Room B, the following stations will be designated:
- 12-13: for collecting residence cards and other documents.
- 14: submission point
- 15-16: information desk
- 17: submission point (open from 11:45)
Please follow the signs posted on the doors, screens, and in the service rooms. Thank you for your cooperation :-)

Fill out online application forms at MOS
(temporary and permanent residence permit)
MOS (Case handling Module) in 5 steps:
- Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
- Read the information and the list of the most common mistakes
- Fill in the electronic application form
- Print it out and sign
- Send the application form together with other required documents by traditional post or present them in person during a scheduled appointment
If you have a UKR PESEL number, from 1st April 2023 send the application only by post!
