If the application for temporary residence permit  in Wrocław is still in proces you should send to Wrocław (The Office of Dolnośląski Province) the information of changing the place of stay and purpose; Application from Wrocław should be transfered to Poznan (The Office of Wielkopolska Province).

If the application was sent by traditional mail, in order to meet formal requirements and receive a stamp, you must wait for an appointment at this office to complete any missing formalities. In case of a police check between the expiration of your visa and the receipt of the stamp in your passport, you may provide, for example, the case number, the date the application was sent to this office, and the type of application submitted. The Police and Border Guard will be able to verify the information provided.

By sendinng written statement  to our office with information what will be changed in the application and adding documents to confirm that. Please remember to write case number on the documents in order to know that these are additional documents to the ongoing proceedins.

Unfortunately, no. It is not possible to collect a residence card without an online visit booking.

Currently, it is only possible to make an appointment via the online visit reservation panel to collect the residence card - book the appointment HERE.

The rule applies to all locations of the Office: Poznań, Kalisz. Konin, Leszno, Piła. Check the addresses HERE.

No, unfortunately, copies are not enough. Copies of documents not confirmed as being true copies are not sufficient to issue a decision.  Please, send original documents. If you want us to return the originals to you, please write to us which documents we should send back and to what address. We can also return them to you with a decision that we will send to you.

If your attorney is a legal advisor or lawyer, s/he can authenticate photocopies of the documents. In such a case the original is not needed. The public notary can also certify copies. You can read more about it here.

Remember, however, that documents such as the Annex No 1 to the application must be sent to us in the original. This document needed only for this procedure.

UNIVERSITY GRADUATES

 The permit might be granted for the period of 9 months – once and immediately after graduating university.

Yes, therefore please do submit a written request to change your application to temporary residence and work permit. If you have a full-time studies graduation diploma of Polish university you will not need to submit the labour market test. All you need to do is to submit the "Annex No 1” signed by your employer and proof payment an extra of 100 PLN in stamp duty.

If you are a full-time studies graduate Polish university you are entitled to work without the work permit. You have free labour market access. If you have a part-time graduation diploma of Polish university you are obliged to have a work permit. Your employer should submit an application for work permit to the appropriate province Governor. You can also submit your application for temporary residence and work permit.
