It is a type of residential document which, along with a valid passport, entitles you to stay within the territory of the Schengen Area member states. Visas are issued as Schengen or national visas by a consul. To obtain a visa, you should contact a proper diplomatic post or consular office in your country of origin.

From 9th July  2022 there is an easier procedure for obtaining a temporary residence permit for citizens of Belarus residing in Poland on the basis of the so-called humanitarian visas.

It is a scheme, which allows you to cross the border of a given country based on a valid passport, without the necessity of obtaining any visa nor any residence card

An agreement based on which you'll perform services as a volunteer. The contract should specify:

  • volunteer description
  • duration of volunteering,
  • conditions for volunteering and supervision,
  • volunteer hours,
  • funds to cover the cost of your living and accommodation and the minimum amount of pocket money you receive,
  • training you need to undergo to volunteer.
